Refund Policy - the basics

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of hair products. This includes any unit or bundle that has been installed, altered, washed, cut, colored, or styled in any way.


Refunds are only issued if The Royalty Collection makes a mistake on your order, such as receiving the wrong length, texture, or product. In such cases, we will either replace the item or provide an appropriate correction.


Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchasing. After that window passes, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
